Banias Refinery Company announces its need to supply Chemicals needed for integrated treatment in the air distillation unit
According to the private conditions book (technical, human rights and financial), according to the following conditions
Initial insurance (25,000) euros for the foreign mode Final insurance 10% ten percent of the contract value
Duration of the bidder's correlation with its presentation: (120) days starting from the day following the end of the date of submitting the offers
Duration of supply (90) days for the foreign exhibit and local exhibitors
The deadline for submitting offers: The end of the official working hours on Wednesday, on 7/20/2022, and will neglect any offer that is received after the closure date
The authority that can buy the announcement of the advertisement from the Banias Refinery Company
Local offers are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article 3-3 of the human rights conditions book
The foreign exhibitor must have a commercial agent in Syria, and the agency shall register with the competent authorities, and the exhibitor can submit a permit that he undertakes to submit the agency's instrument to his commercial agent in Syria when the bid is established and contracted with him in the event that the value of the order exceeds five million Syrian pounds
