- Start date: 03-08-2026 Completion date: 04/06/2026 Baniyas Refinery Company Request for internal and external offers for the (first) time at full speed for File No. 1/2026 Baniyas Refinery Company announces its need to supply and install an automatic oil evaluation device and simple distillation devices according to the special conditions booklet (Technical, legal and financial) and according to the following conditions - Initial insurance: ($17,500) for a petroleum evaluation device, ($12,500) for a simple distillation device for a foreign bidder or its equivalent in euros or any other foreign currency - or its equivalent in Syrian pounds for a local bidder on the submission date. The offer Final insurance: 10% ten percent of the contract value Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: (120) days starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting bids Duration of supply: According to the special conditions booklet, Article 5.
