Announcing an internal request for proposals at full speed
The General Authority for Badia Management, Development and Protection announces a request for quotations at full speed to supply (4) electrical generating sets, measuring (40 KVA), as required by the General Authority for Management and Development. And the protection of the desert, according to the book of special technical, financial and legal conditions under the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.
Initial deposits (25,000,000) SYP are provided by the bidder from his bank account opened with one of the banks operating in the Syrian Arab Republic exclusively by submitting a valid bank guarantee. For a period of six months from the closing date, or a certified check in favor of the General Authority for Badia Management and Development, or a payment notice to the central treasury.
Final insurance: 10% of the referral value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: 90 days starting from the day following the opening of bids.
Duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer: 90 days starting from the next day To inform the nominated contractor in writing that the request for offers has been referred to him.
The price for the terms and conditions books will be paid To the central treasury.
Implementation period: The shortest possible period, provided that it does not exceed 30 days, starting from the day following the date of the direct order.
Place of delivery: The Authority's central warehouse in Damascus countryside, Sahnaya
