The Damascus Health Directorate announces for the second time and with full speed its desire to hold a tender to supply 10 patient transport vehicles needed for Damascus Hospital (present goods) in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial). (legal and technical) and in accordance with the following:
Initial insurance: The bidder must submit with his offer initial insurance in the amount of /5%/ of the value of the estimated statement and it must be submitted by a certified check issued by the order of the Damascus Health Directorate or by a bank guarantee or a receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance. The bidder must comply with the Presidency of the Council of Ministers' notification No. (2/15/B) dated 1/22/2020.
Insurances Final: 10% of the contract value
Duration of implementation of the pledge: The implementation period was set at /30/thirty days from the date of receipt of the commencement order
Delay fines are one thousand of the contract value for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days from the next day The deadline for submitting offers has expired, and the nominated contractor remains bound to his offer throughout this period. If the order to proceed is not notified during that period, he has the right, within seven days following the expiration of the aforementioned period, to abandon his offer in a written letter registered in the office of the Health Directorate.
