Public bidding announcement
Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction to offer vacant ground floor shops in plot numbers (98-99-105) located in the Husseiniyah expansion (as it currently stands) (for an annual rental fee).
According to the technical specifications and terms and conditions book Financial and legal regulators for this purpose, in accordance with the following:
Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and Insurances. The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the chambers of industry, agriculture, commerce, or tourism. A financial stamp worth /100,100/SYP is affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp is /5,100/SYP, a war effort stamp is /300/SYP, a reconstruction stamp is /10,100/SYP, and a martyr's stamp is /5100/.
