Announcement of public bids for the third time
The Presidency of the University of Aleppo announces the holding of public auctions in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 for investment work in each of the following investment propositions:
Mutrah Investment Primary Insurance
A number in writing
1 Student Photography Center In the Faculty of Civil Engineering, only 3,000,000, three million Syrian pounds
2 Student Photography Center in Information Engineering 3,000,000 only three million Syrian pounds and nothing more
3 Student Photography Center at the College of Fine Arts 3,000,000 only, three million Syrian pounds and nothing more
This is in accordance with the book of technical, financial and legal conditions For each site separately and under the following conditions:
Final insurance: 10%/ten percent of the contract value for each investment proposal.
The investment period is one calendar year, extendable for another year by agreement of both parties.
The bidder shall bear all financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount.
Bidders are required to submit the following documents: A judicial record - a chamber of commerce certificate - a merchant registration certificate - a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin - a copy of the personal ID with the required permits according to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 - initial insurances - a receipt for the book of conditions and a receipt for the entry fee to the auction for each auction.
The bidder's commitment to his bid is ninety days from the date of the auction It is automatically renewed in the event of failure to withdraw within the legally specified period.
The advertisement is divisible (the bidder can apply for one or more investment proposals).
