Public bidding announcements
The Presidency of the University of Aleppo announces the holding of public auctions in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 for investment work in each of the following investment propositions:

1 Student canteen in the College of Engineering Civilian 10,000,000 only ten million Syrian pounds
2 The student canteen in the College of Agriculture is 10,000,000 only, ten million Syrian pounds and nothing more.
3 The student canteen at the Institute of Business Administration is only 10,000,000 ten million Syrian pounds and nothing more.
This is in accordance with the book of technical, financial and legal conditions for each canteen separately and the following conditions :
Final insurance: 10%/ten percent of the contract value for each investment proposal.
The investment period is one calendar year, extendable for another year by agreement of both parties.
The bidder shall bear all financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount.
Exhibitors are required to submit the following documents: Criminal record - Chamber of Commerce certificate - Registration certificate Merchant - A subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin - A copy of personal identification with the required permits according to Contract Law No. /51/ of 2004 AD - Initial insurance - A receipt for the book of conditions and a receipt for the entry fee for the auction for each auction.
The bidder's commitment period for his bid is ninety days starting from the date of the auction, and it is automatically renewed in the event of failure to withdraw within The legally specified deadline.
