Tenders are invited for Solar Energy Groups to Operate Submersible Pumps - Northeast Syria. Supply and install high-quality solar panels. The minimum technical specifications for the solar panels are: - The total power is at least 9350 watts. - Seventeen solar panels, each with a capacity of 550 watts, according to the attached technical specifications. - The brand has an excellent reputation. - It's preferable to be monocrystalline facial or bifacial. - Efficiency: at least 19%. -Maximum Power Voltage (Vmp) is not less than 40 volts. - The board must withstand a voltage of up to 1500 volts. -It can withstand a temperature of (-40Co to +85Co) -The voltage drop coefficient shall not exceed- 0.29% / C for each degree Celsius -The drop coefficient of the power shall not exceed- 0.36 % / c for each degree Celsius. - The applicant must attach the data that Must conform to international standards IEC61215 , IEC 61730 and TUV . -The panels shall be equipped with protection diodes that withstand the voltage and the total current for each row to prevent the reverse current when partial shading of some panels occurs. - The bidder must attach the solar panels' data or specification sheets, including the type of solar panels, the efficiency, and the coefficient of The temperature of the solar panels. - The price includes transition and installation on the site. - The warranty period for the solar panel on the product and manufacturing defects must not be less than ten years, and a written guarantee of 90% for the first ten years and 80% for a period of 25 years Supply and install a high-quality solar (agricultural) inverter for pumping water from the well, with the following minimum specifications: - Power output:11 KW. 3 PH -Input Voltage DC ranges from 250 to 900 V - support by MPPt - The frequency is 50/60 Hz. - The inverter should be behind and under the metallic base in a suitable method. The price includes providing and installing : -Electrical copper cables with double isolating layers( 10mm^2 ) with the appropriate sections and lengths to connect the panels to the inverter with a length is 60 m L. - Protection panel measuring (80 * 50 * 25) cm, where all devices and electrical elements are installed inside and are protected from weather and rain. In addition to the inverter, this panel includes : • A circuit breaker for solar panels (DC), capacity: (63) amps. - it should be there aeration opening in the protection box. Supply and installation of metal bases for solar panel systems as per the attached design and using the following materials. -Poles: Metal pipes 4 inches and thickness 2 mm -Bridges: 3-inch metal pipes and 2 mm thickness -Solar Panel Load-bearing Elements: Metal angles 40*40*4 mm -Supporting Strength: flat iron thickness 5 mm and width 2 cm -Column connections: metal angles 40 * 40 * 4 mm and length 40 cm. - painting the bases with a rust-resistant layer and two layers of paint to withstand various climatic conditions. - In every group, there are 3 strings with a minimum spacing of 7 meters between them -The details of installation and implementation in the attached design. - The price includes transportation and on-site installation. Supply and install the necessary equipment for grounding the solar panel system set, which includes: 1. Grounding Rod: supply and install a copper grounding rod with a diameter of 18 mm and a length of 1.5 meters. 2- grounding pit : materials that improve soil conductivity properties, such as coal and salt, are placed around the rod. 3. 6mm2 Single isolated copper Cable: a 6mm2 single-isolated copper cable to establish the electrical connection between the grounding rod, solar panels, and the metallic stand with a length is 20 meters. 4- The metal frame of the panels shall be connected by attaching the grounding wires with nuts tightly to the panels' frame.
