Announcement of a public bidding at the expense of the eater
Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction at Al-Nakil's account to auction slot No. 2 of the remaining slots of half of the fourth terrace in the Al-Hal market in Zabaltani (on annual investment allowance). Status quo.
In accordance with the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following:
Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate, in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Contracts Law. The unified law issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement.
The bidder must submit a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers. The subscription application must be affixed with a flat financial stamp of /100,100/SYP, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, and a war effort stamp of /300/SYP. The reconstruction stamp is 10,100 SYP and the martyr stamp is 200 SYP.
