Announcement of public bidding / for the second time /
Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public bidding / for the second time / to offer shop No. /92/ a second terrace located In the Al-Hal market in Zabaltani, with its affiliated wajiba, at public auction, as an investment in the current situation(On the annual investment allowance).
In accordance with the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following:
Applications for participation in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the bidding committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11/ From the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement.
The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers, and a fixed financial stamp of /100,000/ is affixed to the subscription request. S and a local administration stamp /5100/ SYPA war effort stamp is /300/SYP, a reconstruction stamp is /10,100/SYP, and a martyr stamp is /200/SYP.
The auction will take place at eleven o'clock on 2/26/2024 in the Damascus Governorate Building - Fifth Floor - Hall No. /534/.
Temporary insurances: Temporary insurances were set at an amount of /15,000,000/ SYP only, fifteen million Syrian pounds, to be paid to a fund.The governorate, according to an official receipt or a duly certified or registered check to the order of the Damascus Governorate.
