Public bidding announcement for the second time
Based on Resolution No. 956 dated 7/3/2025 issued by the Minister of Endowments.
The Daraa Endowments Directorate announces its desire to put Shop No. 2, affiliated with Al-Omari Mosque, Nimr Real Estate Area, for rent at public auction in accordance with the terms and conditions books. Special (financial, legal, technical) prepared by the Directorate for this purpose in accordance with Law No. 31 of 2018 and Contracts Law No. 51 of 2004. According to the following table:

The request to participate in the auction is from the bidder with a stamp with a value of 150,000 SYP only, one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only, indicating his address, his chosen domicile, and the name of his agent, if any.
Anyone wishing to participate in the public auction should visit Diwan Endowments Directorate in Daraa to obtain a booklet of special conditions during official working hours in the amount of 25,000 and twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds, accompanied by a summary of the criminal record (non-convicted) and a non-employee document.
The auction will take place at the directorate's headquarters in Daraa, located in the Airport neighborhood next to the Khaled bin Al-Walid Mosque, formerly Al-Furqan Institute, at ten o'clock. Wednesday morning, 11/12/2025.
Subscription applications will be accepted until ten o'clock in the morning on the day specified for the auction.
