Bidding time: 1 hour Eleven o'clock in the morning on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 Announcement of internal public auction No. 8/2025 for the second time Based on the provisions of Chapter Four of Chapter Six of Law No. 51 of 2004 The General Tobacco Corporation announces an internal public auction No. (8/2025) for the second time to sell A quantity of 300,000 kg of unchopped tobacco of the Burley and Shak Al-Bint varieties located in the warehouses of the Paper Tobacco Department in the Coastal Region Branch. 1-The auction will take place in the building of the General Directorate in Latakia, the Western Corniche, Al-Kamliya neighborhood, at eleven o-clock in the morning on Wednesday, corresponding to 1/7/2026, the seventh of January of the year two thousand and twenty-six. 2-Temporary insurance: (2,000,000) SYP only, two million Syrian pounds and nothing more. 3- Whoever wishes to participate in the bidding must attend at the time and place specified for it, bringing with him the temporary insurance and the required documents in addition to Complete identification documents. 4- Final insurance: (10%) ten percent of the contract value. 5- The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: (120) calendar days from the date of the auction. 6- Implementation period: (45) calendar days starting from the day following the date on which the contractor is notified of the order to commence according to the program.
