The second contains the financial offer. 2- Initial deposits: paid by a certified check made in favor of the Agriculture Directorate, or by a financial receipt at the Tartous Financial Treasury, or by a bank guarantee. 3- Final deposits: 10% of the referral value to be completed after the bid is awarded. 4-Delay fines: 1‰ one per thousand for each day of delay of the total value of the contract, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value.
