Start date: 02-03-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Tartous Governorate Announcing a public bid to sell waste paper at full speed Tartous Governorate announces the holding of a public auction to sell damaged paper waste according to the specifications and conditions contained in the book of technical, financial and legal conditions. Prepared for this purpose The auction will take place at eleven o'clock on Sunday, February 15, 2026 Requests to participate in the bidding will continue to be submitted until the opening hour of the auction The bidder remains bound to his offer for 90 days Initial insurance: 50,000 new Syrian pounds Final insurance 10% of Referral value Implementation period: 30 days The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay Bids shall be submitted accompanied by all necessary supporting documents stipulated in Article 5 of the book of technical, financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose.
