The Ministry of Culture - the Syrian General Book Authority announces a public auction to sell damaged and coordinated materials. Temporary Insurance: (500,000 SP) only five hundred thousand Syrian pounds submitted according to a certified check in acceptance from the bank withdrawn, or a penance or a bank transfer from the resident banks approved in the state, or a payment of payment in the central treasury unless the bidder is one of the public authorities, or Law exempt
Final insurance: (10%) ten percent of the referral value
Duration of the bidder's correlation with its offer: / 60 / sixty calendar days
Duration of the contractor's association with his presentation: a period of / 60 / sixty evaluation days
