The Public Housing Corporation announces a public auction for the sale of commercial shops with numbers /1-2-3-4/ Block No. /7/ On the island /11/ in the expansion of the martyr Basil al-Assad workers' city in Adra on the current situation in the Damash countryside governorateQ

- The auction will take place in the building of the General Administration of the General Corporation for Housing in the Mezzeh area - next to Dar Al-Baath

Any Syrian citizen who wishes to participate in this auction must submit a written request to the office of the General Corporation for Housing during the period extending from the date of the announcement until eleven o'clock on the day of / Monday, 3/25/2024Opening hour of the bidding, accompanied by the following documents

1- Securing participation in this auction in the amount of / 4,000,000 / SYP only, four million Syrian pounds only, presented by a certified check to the institution's order or a bank transfer from his account to the institution's account

2- A receipt that includes payment of the fees incurred for participating in the auctions : (Stamp duty of $100000/SYP as a national contribution fee for reconstruction amounting to 10,030/SYP. A local administration fee of 5,100 LBP. 300/SYP war effort stamp/200/SYP martyr stamp

3-Subscription document for the official announcement bulletin for the year 2024 for contractors and contractors only

4-A copy of the ID card

5-A non-convict document for the year 2024
