The General Corporation for Housing announces that a public auction will be held for the sale of the commercial store No. /34/ located on the ground floor and the offices /38-39-45-49/ of the commercial market No. /5/ in Al-Jazeera E2, New Qudsaya Suburb - Rural Damascus Governorate.
- The auction will take place in the General Administration Building of the General Housing Corporation in the Mezzeh area - next to the Ministry of Information.
Any Syrian citizen or the like who wishes to participate in this auction must submit a written request to the office of the General Housing Corporation during the period extending from the date of the announcement until eleven o'clock in the morning on Sunday. On 12/28/2025, the opening hour of the bidding, accompanied by the following documents:
1- Securing participation in this auction in the amount of /20,000,000/SYP only, twenty million Syrian pounds only for the office, and /25,000,000/SYP only/twenty-five million Syrian pounds only for the shop, presented by a certified check to the institution's order or a bank transfer from his account to another.
