The contracting method is through bidding with a sealed envelope in accordance with the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004 and the books of special conditions and based on the decision of the Central Council of the Union No. 9/M.D. dated 3/4/2025 and the decision of the Union Council taken at its session No. /10/date 9/10/2025. Applications to participate in the auction shall be submitted to the union-s office located in Damascus al-Adawi next to the Ministry of Oil (formerly) until the end of official working hours on Wednesday 11/5/2025, accompanied by the following identification papers: (A copy of the ID card to be approved. A receipt for the purchase of the book of conditions.
