• Start date: 04/09/2026 End date: 0000-00-00 The General Corporation of Syrian Railways Internal bidding announcement The Syrian Railways General Corporation announces the conduct of an auction (for the second time) with a sealed envelope to sell an amount of approximately 56,200 kg of oils. Burnt vehicles packed in barrels in repair centers in (Homs - Tartous Aleppo) according to the following conditions: The initial insurance is 200,000/two hundred thousand new Syrian pounds, and the final insurance is 10% of the total value of the contract, provided in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph (e) of Article 46 of Law No. 51 of 2004. Implementation duration Contract: 60 calendar days The deadline for submitting offers is 5/6/2026 until 2 pm Opening of offers 5/7/2026 at 10 am The bidder remains bound to his offer starting from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers for a period of 90 days. The nominated contractor remains bound by his bid Starting from the day following the date of opening the offers and for a period of 90 days All bidders must attend the bidding session or send a duly authorized representative The offers are submitted in two sealed envelopes. These two envelopes are placed in a third envelope addressed in the name of the institution to the Office of the Tenders Committee in the Public Administration Building. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 13-14 of Law No. 51 of 2004, the subject of the tender and the date specified for its conduct are written on it.
