Based on the provisions of Chapter Four of Chapter Six of Law No. 51 of 2004
The Public Authority for tobacco announces an internal bidding with (5/2025) to sell/800,000/kg of damaged khyyush, which is not useable and found in the cover depot in the Latakia Storage circuit in the department Paper tobacco in the coastal area branch.
1- The bidding takes place in the building of the General Directorate in Lattakia Western Corniche, Al-Kamiliya neighborhood at eleven in the morning on Sunday 7/9/2025 of the seventh of September of the year two thousand and twenty-five.
2- Temporary insurance: (2,800,000) SP only two million and eight hundred thousand Syrian pounds only .
3- Whoever wants to participate in the bid is to attend the time and place specified for conducting it, with the temporary insurance and the required documents in addition to the full identification papers.
4- Final insurance: (10 %) ten percent of the contract value.
5- The period of the bidder's association with its presentation: (120) calendar days from the date of the bidding.
6- Duration Implementation: (30) calendar days starting from the day following the date of notification of the contractor, directly according to a timetable determined by the institution in coordination with the contractor.
7-Return to the booklets of the financial and technical conditions for all that is not mentioned in this announcement.
