Based on the provisions of the class Fourth from Chapter Six of Law No. 51 /2004
The Public Corporation for tobacco announces an internal bid with (3/2025) for the second time to sell/700,000/kg of fermented fertilizer (fermented tobacco residue) preserved in the Jableh Storage Department - Al -Qafr and Al -Qaddam Center of the Research Department in the coastal region branch.
1- You run The bidding in the building of the General Directorate in the Western Corniche, Al -Kamiliya neighborhood, at eleven in the morning on Monday, 9/8/2025, the eighth of September of the year two thousand and twenty -five.
2- Temporary insurance: (19,000,000) SP only nineteen million Syrian pounds.
3- Who would like to participate in the bid at the time The place specified for conducting it, with the interim insurance and the required documents, in addition to the complete identification papers.
4- Final insurance: (10 %) ten percent of the contract value.
5- The period of the bidder's association with its presentation: (120) calendar days from the date of the bidding.
6- Implementation period: (30) calendar days starting from the day following the date The notification of the contractor is direct according to a timetable determined by the Foundation in coordination with the contractor.
