Request for tenders in a fully stamped envelope
The Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Syrian Arab Basketball Federation, announces a request to solicit offers in a sealed envelope with full speed to sell the rights to invest in the transportation, television and digital broadcasting of the Syrian League competition. Professional basketball (men) according to the book of conditions prepared for this purpose:
- Initial insurance: $5,000 only: five thousand US dollars only
- Final insurance: 10% of the contract value
Deposits are paid by certified check or cash into the account of the Syrian Arab Basketball Federation in Damascus or by bank guarantee.
- Contract duration: /5/ seasons, starting from the 2025-2026 season until the 2029-2030 season.
- Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand, for each day of delay
- The required identification documents specified in Article 11 of Law 51 of 2004
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his bid is 90 days from the date of the last date for submitting bids
