To sell the quantities of firewood resulting from pruning operations in the city of Tartous
It is announced that a public auction will be held to sell the quantities of firewood resulting from pruning operations in the city of Tartous, which are located in the collection yard at the headquarters of the Parks Department (west of the warehouse). Exclusively) in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004, the book of general conditions, and the book of legal, technical and financial conditions for the auction.
Temporary insurance: (3,000,000) SYP, three million Syrian pounds
Implementation period: Within one week from the date of notification of the direct order
Final insurance: 10% ten percent of the value of the amount The financial entity to which the auction will be awarded
Duration of the bidder's commitment to the auction: /30/thirty days starting from the day following the date specified for the auction
Duration of the nominated bidder's commitment to his bid: 60 days from the day following the date of his notification that the auction has been awarded
The date specified for holding the auction: The date for holding the public auction is set for Wednesday, corresponding to 10/12/2025 at 11/11 am in the meeting room of the Tartous City Council. The auction will take place for the entire quantity of firewood offered according to the book of conditions.
Whoever wishes to participate in the auction must submit the necessary supporting documents according to what is specified in the book of conditions until the date of the auction and review the contracts department in the city council. Tartous to obtain a copy of the legal and financial conditions booklet for the auction and pay its financial value of /200,000/two hundred thousand Syrian pounds.
