Announcement of solicitation of internal bids
Pursuant to the provisions of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Organization of Civil Aviation announces an internal solicitation procedure in the sealed envelope for the implementation of a project to secure the requirements and supplies of the navigational aid stations at Damascus International Airport, according to the technical, legal and financial conditions books prepared for this purpose as follows
- Temporary insurance / 7,415,000/ for only seven million four hundred and fifteen thousand Syrian pounds
The final bond is 10% ten percent of the value of the contracted works within ten days from the date of notifying the candidate in writing of the assignment of the undertaking to him
The term of the contract as stated in the technical book of conditions
Delay fines: one per thousand of the total contract value of the undertaking for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the contract value
The duration of the bidder's engagement with his offer: ninety days from the date of submitting the bids Duration of engagement of the contracting candidate: ninety days from the date of referral of the offer to him - Payment method: as stated in the financial and legal book of conditions
The last date for submitting offers until the end of the official working hours is from Tuesday 9/19/2023
