Tishreen University Hospital in Lattakia announces an internal request for medical supplies to secure the third group (Mask Oxygen with a mask of Ambo). Those who wish to subscribe and whoever meets the conditions mentioned in the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 within three closed envelopes and these envelopes are placed within a fourth envelope written on the name of the bidder according to the following
The first envelope: Initial insurance and identification papers contain a stained financial character with a value of /100000/S +/50,000/SS for the subscription application for tender and the meeting of temporary guarantees
The second envelope contains the artistic show and artistic specifications
The third envelope contains the financial and commercial supply, including the unique and total prices of the materials provided
Initial insurance can be provided with the provisions indicated in the human rights and financial conditions book
Final insurance / 10 % of the total value of the referral
Delivery period / 45 days / only forty -five days starting from the next day, to reach the contractor, the direct order
