In three installments, the first installment within 45 days from the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order and equals 50% of the contract value, the second installment is 25% of the contract to be determined later by the informant, and the third installment is the remainder of the contract value.
The bidder submits his offer: three months from the date of submission of the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 AD apply to him.
