The General Corporation for Housing announces the holding of a public auction for the sale of the tourist commercial division No. (9/2), consisting of eleven floors (ground + ten recurring floors), located in the central facilities area - New Damascus - Mezzeh.
- Space Approximate area: 1639 square meters, only one thousand six hundred and thirty-nine square meters.
The total floor area allowed to be built for the subdivision: /9900/m2 only nine thousand nine hundred square meters and nothing more.
- It is allowed to construct three basements (service warehouse garages) under the entire area of the partition.
- The construction is carried out according to the division's official photographer And approved by the institution.
The building is subject to the building control system in Damascus Governorate.
- Mandatory duties are imposed on both sides of the divider according to what is stated in the duties diagram.
The auction will take place in the building of the General Administration of the General Housing Corporation in the Mezzeh area - next to the Ministry of Information.
Any Syrian citizen or the like should participate With this auction, a written request must be submitted to the office of the General Housing Corporation during the period extending from the date of the announcement until eleven o'clock on Sunday, December 21, 2025, the opening hour of the auction, attached with the following documents:
