Public bidding announcement for the second time
The General Corporation for Housing announces the holding of a public auction for the second time to sell Section No. /1/ - a commercial market - consisting of three floors (commercial ground floor + two recurring floors) located on the island D1 - the new Qudsaya suburb - Rural Damascus Governorate.
The approximate area of the partition: /414/ square meters, only four hundred and fourteen square meters.
Total floor area: 1242 square meters, only one thousand two hundred and forty-two square meters.
It is permitted to construct a service basement under the entire building area.
The building is subject to the building control system in the Damascus Countryside Governorate.
Bidding is taking place on The General Administration Building of the General Housing Corporation in the Mezzeh area - next to the Ministry of Information.
Any Syrian citizen or the like who wishes to participate in this auction must submit a written request to the office of the General Housing Corporation during the period extending from the date of the announcement until eleven o'clock on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 hours. The opening of the bidding shall be accompanied by the following documents:
