The General Corporation for Housing announces the conduct of a public auction for the sale of offices with numbers /32-33/ located on the first floor of the commercial market No. /1/ in Al Jazeera C1, New Qudsaya Suburb - Damascus Countryside Governorate.
- The bidding takes place in a building General Administration of the General Housing Corporation in the Mezzeh area - next to the Ministry of Information
Any Syrian citizen or the like who wishes to participate in this auction must submit a written request to the office of the General Housing Corporation during the period extending from the date of the announcement until eleven o'clock in the morning on Monday, December 29, 2025. The opening hour of the bidding, along with the following documents
1- Securing participation in this auction for an amount of /20,000,000/SYP only, twenty million Syrian pounds only to the office, presented by a certified check to the institution's order or a bank transfer from his account to the institution's account.
2- A receipt containing payment of the fees incurred for participating in the auctions: (a stamp duty of /100,000/ SYP + a national contribution fee for reconstruction of /10,030/ SYP. S+ Local administration fee of /5,100/ LBP. S.P. + /300/ SYP. War effort stamp + /200/ SYP. S stamp of martyr)
3- Subscription document for the official advertisement bulletin for the year 2025 for contractors and contractors only
4- A copy of the ID card
5- Non-judgment document
6- Purchase receipt for the conditions booklet
- The buyer shall bear the advertising expenses, the stamp duty on both copies of the contract, the brokerage fee, and the public auction sale fee contained in Letter No. 2653/AM dated 3/28/2024 for the benefit of the administrative unit and all fees due to any party whatsoever.
