The General Corporation for Housing announces the holding of a public auction for the second time to sell commercial section No. 7, located on the southern corridor in Mezzeh, consisting of four floors (ground + 3 recurring floors) - in Damascus Governorate.
- The approximate area of the partition: 486 square meters, only four hundred and eighty-six square meters.
- The total floor area allowed to be built for the subdivision: /1944/ square meters only, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four square meters and nothing else.
- It is allowed to build a warehouse basement and a garage under the entire boundaries of the subdivision
- Dimensions of the building envelope on the ground floor: (18x27) m
- The construction is carried out according to the department's official photocopier approved by the institution

Any Syrian citizen or the like who wishes to participate in this auction must submit a written request to the office of the General Housing Corporation during the period extending from the date of the announcement until eleven o'clock on the following day. Monday, December 22, 2025, the opening hour of the bidding, accompanied by the following documents
1- Securing participation in this auction in the amount of /250,000,000/SYP only, two hundred and fifty million Syrian pounds and nothing more for the entire lot, and it is presented by a certified check to the institution's order or a bank transfer from his account to the institution's account.
