- The ILO and UNICEF are conducting research on child labour in selected governorates of Syria. The study aims to provide evidence on the magnitude of child labour, identify factors pushing children into child labour, and assess gender differences in children's activities. The consultant will be responsible for collecting background information, developing survey tools and protocols, training interviewers, directing data collection, analyzing data, and drafting a report with recommendations. The evaluation criteria include proven capacity in social research, availability of research staff, and knowledge of the areas to be covered.The detailed terms of reference are attached.
