In the technical specifications booklet and the table attached to it. - Whoever wishes to participate must visit the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank in the Governorate Square to obtain a copy of the legal and technical conditions booklet in exchange for an amount of 200,000 Syrian pounds, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds only.
