Actual Whoever wishes to participate should visit the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank, Governorate Square, to obtain a copy of the legal and technical conditions booklet in exchange for an amount of 200,000 Syrian pounds, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds only. - Offers are submitted to the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank, Damascus, Governorate Square. - Insurances Temporary: 6,000,000 Syrian pounds only, six million Syrian pounds. - Final insurance: 10% of the total value of the contract. - Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: The bidder is considered bound to his offer for a period of two months starting from the day following the last date for submitting bids. The duration of the nominated bidder-s commitment to his offer: remains The nominated bidder is bound to his offer for a period of three months starting from the day following the date of his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him. - Implementation period: one Gregorian year, renewable year to year if the Real Estate Bank so desires.
