Based on Resolution No. / 600 / Date 7/24/2022 issued by the Minister of Endowments The Daraa Endowments Directorate announces its desire to conduct a public bidding to launch warehouse No. 6 / located on the property 6461 Daraa - the first industrial area of (42 m 2) for rent in the public auction, according to the books of special conditions and the contract system No. / 51 / of 2004, Law 31 of 2018 and Law No. 20 of 2015
The initial monthly rent allowance (50,000 LS) only fifty thousand Syrian pounds.
Initial insurance / 200,000 / S. One hundred thousand Syrian pounds, only under the receipt of a fund or bank check
Final insurance / 400,000 LS / only two hundred thousand Syrian pounds, not only
The lease period is five years
Duration of the bidder's association with its offer: thirty days
