Targano Dam according to the special legal, financial and technical conditions books Primary insurance is 5% of the estimated statement value of /75,350,000/ SYP only, seventy-five million three hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only. •Final insurance is 10% of the value of the referral fee •Delay fines 0.001 one One thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% twenty percent of the total contract value •The bidder-s commitment period for his offer is 30 days starting from the date of the end of submitting bids •The place for submitting offers is the Office of the Water Resources Directorate in Latakia Governorate - the first public road Latakia - Aleppo.
