An internal tender announcement for the second time
Homs Refinery announces its need to rent a mechanism to transport protection and guarding elements in the General Company for Homs Refinery, order No. 16/2025/D, in accordance with the book of general and special conditions and the following provisions:
Temporary insurance / 8,750,000 / SYP eight One million seven hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds
Final insurance: 10% of the referral value
Implementation period: one full calendar year, starting from the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order
The order is not divisible
Duration of commitment to the offer: 90 days, starting from the day following the last date for submitting offers.
Offers are presented in Syrian pounds Exclusively
Deadline for submitting offers: until the end of official working hours on 11/19/2025 at 15.20.
Place and date of closing bids: Homs Refinery headquarters on 11/20/2025 at ten in the morning.
You can view the booklet of general conditions and obtain the booklet of special conditions from the Homs Refinery - General Office Department for an amount of 100,000/SYP - the offer will be sent by mail. Or delivered by hand to the Homs refinery office.
The provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004 shall be applied in everything related to this announcement.
