- Start date: 04-26-2026 Completion date: 05-05-2026 Saydnaya poultry facility Announcement of a public auction for the first time at full speed The General Poultry Corporation (Sednaya Poultry Facility) announces that a public auction will be held to rent the broiler section based on the current reality as follows: The total area of the department Approximately 1,500 dunums and includes 36 barns distributed as follows Old section: 5 production units, each unit consisting of /4/ closed barns, the area of each barn is (790 m2) Expansion project: 2 production units, each unit containing 8 closed barns. The area of each barn is (990 m2) Initial insurance /$5000/ and insurances The final 10% of the referral value Any offer not accompanied by initial insurance will be rejected The lease period is 4 years, and the organization has the right to increase the rent by no more than 20% of the annual rent starting from the third year. The bidder has the right to visit the facility and conduct a technical and sensory inspection on the site before the auction session The bidder bears it The winner pays all taxes and fees resulting from the contract and its implementation, whatever they may be The date for the auction is at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the headquarters of the General Poultry Corporation located in Damascus - Victoria Bridge, Mardam Bey Building, fifth floor.
