For rent for the purpose of storage only in accordance with Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004 and in accordance with the technical, financial and legal principles and conditions of the auction. Number, name of the hall, total area, m2, address of the hall 1 Sheikh Badr Wholesale Center, 850 m2, Sheikh Badr, next to the post office 2 wholesale center Drakeesh 600 m2 Drakeish side near the fodder establishment 3 Baniyas Wholesale Center, 621 square meters, Baniyas, end of Al-Muruj Street 1- Primary insurance / 500,000 / new SYP for each wholesale center 2- The final insurance is 10% of the value of the annual investment allowance 3- The implementation period is two years, renewable with the consent of both parties 4- The period of engagement of the nominated bidder with his offer is 60 days from the date of referral to him 5- Offers shall be submitted to the office of the institution located in Tartous, Rum al-Dhahab, next to the Golan Furnace, until the specified hour To open the auction session 6- The auction session will open on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at ten in the morning in the building The institution, Tartous branch 7- The bidder can obtain the special conditions booklet from the Finance Department.
