- United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Syria, seeks the interest of qualified vendors and Service Providers to participate in an upcoming tender solicitation for the Rehabilitation of Sewage Network in Nashabiyeh, Rural Damascus Governorate, Syria. The project aims to mitigate the environmental, hygiene, and health risks on Nashabyeh residents through the rehabilitation of the main damaged sewage pipelines in Hazrama neighborhood.The scope of works shall include but not limited to: • Rehabilitation and replacement of damaged sewage pipelines (approx. diameter 600 mm with approx. total length of 2,130 meters, and approx. diameter of 800 mm with approx. total length of 877 meters.)• Cleaning of the network pipelines and manholes of different diameters with total length of approx. 1,850 meters• Installation of cast iron covers for manholes.• Provision of road asphalting work upon completing the rehabilitation of sewage pipeline. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. The complete detail of the requirement will be issued to bidders after this request for EOI is closed. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a reply to this REOI does not therefore automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for issuance of the solicitation documents.
