The Ministry of Justice announces an internal tender for the first time at the total speed in the manner of annexation and downloading to rehabilitate the rooms in the tourism building to transfer the civil courts to it. According to the book of technical, financial and legal conditions for the unified contract system issued by Law No./ 51 of the year 2004 AD
