According to the special legal, financial and technical conditions books and according to the following Temporary insurance /500,000/L. Only five hundred thousand new Syrian pounds Implementation period: 60 days Primary insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value Final insurance: 10% of the value of the referral allowance Late fines : 0.001 one thousandth of the total contract value for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% twenty percent of the total pledge value.
