Providing the documents and data contained in the rehabilitation form attached to the advertisement in addition to a subscription document for the official advertising bulletin.
Providing a written pledge to fully abide by the technical, financial and legal conditions approved by the Foundation to implement the isolation work.
Provide a final price for insulation one square meter for horizontal surfaces In each governorate, the opponent is not entitled to offer a price for more than three governorates.
The qualified contractor and the owner of the offer that is the cheapest that is being established in each governorate is considered accredited by the Foundation to implement the insulation work under an annual contract.
The conditions for the advertisement can be obtained from the Foundation Branch in Lattakia, the commercial section for the amount of (200,000) S.
Initial insurance: A deposit in the account of the Foundation's branch in Lattakia at the Central Bank in the US dollar or its equivalent in the Syrian pound is submitted according to the official bulletin of the central bank according to what is specified...
