It contains two envelopes, and the papers are placed inside the first envelope. The identification stipulated in Law No. 51 of 2004, the initial insurance, the price of the file, and the second contains the financial offer. Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on 7/27/2026 and will be opened the next day at ten o-clock in a public session in the Industrial City building located in Hassia - Homs-Damascus main road.
