Announcement for the second time
Public Auction Announcement The management of Daraya Sports Club announces a public auction to rehabilitate and invest two wedding halls within the Daraya Sports Club facility. Initial deposits are 25,000,000, twenty-five million Syrian pounds, or a certified check, and final deposits. 5% for the full investment allowance for all years. The contractual period is 10 calendar years + 6 months of free preparation
The required identification documents are specified in Article 11 of Law No. 51 of 2004. The period for the bidder to be bound by his offer is three months from the date of closing of the bids. The bids are submitted to the office of the Sports and Youth Directorate in the Damascus countryside, Tishreen Sports City until End of official working hours on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and bids will be closed on Thursday, December 11, 2025. It is not permissible to split the offer. The project file can be viewed and obtained from the Sports and Youth Directorate in the Damascus countryside, Tishreen Sports City.
The value of the project file is 200,000, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds only, to be paid in cash to the accountant of the Sports and Youth Directorate. In the Damascus countryside, everything not mentioned in this announcement shall be applied to the duly certified booklet of conditions
