Announcement for the second time soliciting offers in sealed envelopes at full speed to rehabilitate and invest in the Sahara Tourism Complex in Dimas in a partnership format according to the following:

Topic Soliciting offers in sealed envelopes for the rehabilitation, equipment, management, operation and investment of the Sahara Labor Tourism Complex located in (Damascus countryside - Al-Mashad on part of the property No. 979, Jdeidet Al-Wadi real estate area) in accordance with the provisions
-Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 and its amendments
-Trade Union Organization Law No. 84 of 1968 and its amendments
-Decisions and regulations The window with the Ministry of Tourism regarding investment and rehabilitation of tourist facilities
The contract period is twenty Gregorian years
The qualification period is 18 months
Submission: Syrian, Arab and foreign companies and natural persons specialized in tourism investment have the right to submit their offers

Exhibitors and the like must be registered in the commercial registry They are not deprived of contracting
With public authorities and submitting the documents required under the Contract Law and documents proving experience and financial solvency

The initial deposit is 50,000 US dollars, paid into the Union Fund
The final insurance is 10% of the value of the qualification amount
