Public Bidding Announcement

Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public bid to offer the square located on the real estate plots /2342-2341-2340/ Aqsab Mosque (Square The former village markets) in the current situation by public auction as an investment (on the annual occupancy allowance).

WoofAccording to the technical specifications and the financial and legal terms and conditions booklet regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following:

Applications for participation in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the supporting documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System. OutgoingBy Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement.

The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers, and a fixed financial stamp of /100,000/SYP and a local administration stamp of /5100/ are affixed to the subscription application. SYP and a war effort stamp of 300 SYP and a stampReconstruction stamp / 10,100 / SYP and a martyr stamp / 200 / SYP.

The auction will take place at half past twelve on 3/25/2024 in the Damascus Governorate building, fifth floor, room No. / 534 /.

Temporary insurance: specified Temporary insurance in the amount of (200,000,000) SYP only, two hundred million Syrian pounds only, paid to the governorate fund according to an official receipt toThe Bidding Committee or by a duly certified check by Damascus Governorate.
