Public bidding announcement
Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction to put the room located in Al-Hal Market next to the Qabban Room at public auction (for the annual investment allowance) and according to the current situation.
According to the technical specifications and the financial and legal terms and conditions booklet For this purpose, the organizers are in accordance with the following:
Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the specified temporary insurances. The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the chambers of industry, agriculture, commerce, or tourism. The subscription application will be affixed with a flat financial stamp of /100,100/SYP, a local administration stamp of /5,100/SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, a reconstruction stamp of /10,100/SYP, and a martyr's stamp of /200/SYP.
