Al-Furat Oil Company announces the solicitation of quotations in order to purchase materials (level transmitters, Pressure gauges, controllers and control valves) according to the following conditions
1- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope withThe name of the bidder, the file number, and the closing date in a clear handwriting and sent by mail or delivered to the company's bid receiving office as written in the address mentioned below
2- Initial deposits: External bidder 1,600 euros or 14,500,000 Syrian pounds
Local bidder 14,000,000 Syrian pounds
3- Prices: Prices are provided in Euros to the external bidder and in PALSyrian pounds for the local bidder or according to Clause 19 of the first part of the book of conditions for the local bidder
4- Validity of the offer: 60 days from the closing date
5- Possibility of divisibility: divisible
6- Possible supply period: four months from the date of sending an order Purchase by fax or email
7- Final insurance: 5% of the totalThe value of the contract (purchase order) shall be submitted within 15 days from the date of issuance of the purchase order, as indicated in the
book of conditions
8- Delay fine: 0.001 (one per thousand) for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the value of the purchase order.
