Description:
The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force in Golan Highest (UNDOF Syria) has a requirement for qualified Contractors to provide Construction Works at New position 17A.The Contractor may have to provide the following engineering and construction services: 1. Shop Drawings (Working drawings). 2. Preliminary works, including mobilization, excavation, etc. 3. Accommodation building. 4. Kitchen, dining hole, and office in one single building. 5. Concrete slabs: for water tanks, ballistic tower, generators, shelter, ammunition storage, ablutions, guard, watch tower, telecommunication tower, grey water tank. 6. Septic tank and sewage manholes. 7. Foundation and columns concrete for the main gate. 8. Reinforced concrete steps to observation tower. 9. Solar streetlight poles concrete foundation, and electrical manholes. 10. Steel works. 11. As-Built drawings, testing, commissioning, and handover to UNDOF. 12. Demobilization.The project shall be a “Turnkey” whereby the selected contractor ensures that all the Construction Works are properly done to the satisfactory standard and meeting all UNDOF requirements.
