Duration Implementation: /45/ forty-five days starting from the day following the notification of the directive
Primary insurance: paid according to a bank guarantee and a certified check for Masyaf National Hospital from one of the banks operating in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value
Delay fines: 0.001 (one per thousand) of the total value of the pledge For every day of delay
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: for a period of sixty days starting from the date of the end of submitting bids
Offers must be submitted to the office of Masyaf National Hospital until three o'clock in the afternoon on the following day

Condition books can be obtained from the Contracts Department at Masyaf National Hospital for a fee The amount is 50,000/fifty thousand SYP for the booklet. Any offer that is not accompanied by the booklet purchase receipt and the inquiry will be rejected during the advertising period only.
